Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy: To ensure the best experience for all our drone enthusiasts, we require a minimum of 96 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 96 hours or more in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the booking fee. Weather-dependent activities may be rescheduled at no additional cost if conditions are unsuitable for safe drone operation. Maximum group size is 15 participants per session to ensure quality instruction. All equipment is provided. In case of technical issues or instructor unavailability, we reserve the right to reschedule sessions with advance notice provided.
